Patrick Reedman BA MA MRTPI

Planning Director

Patrick is a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) with a Master’s degree in Planning Policy and Practice and extensive experience advising clients across England, with a focus on Greater London, the South-East and Home Counties.

Throughout his career, Patrick has worked on a wide range of complex planning projects, from large-scale urban previously developed land (PDL) and mixed-use developments to strategic-scale residential and commercial schemes. Patrick's experience includes GLA-referable projects, sensitive developments within Conservation Areas, and high-grade, sensitive heritage projects involving listed buildings.

Patrick prides himself on his clear and honest advice, using extensive knowledge of planning policy, development management and legislative frameworks to help clients identify opportunities, overcome planning challenges and achieve realistic development outcomes. Patrick has experience working directly with and for developers and is able to use that experience to provide commercially-focused advice. 

Patrick advises clients from the earliest stages, inputting into the process of land search, assessing the planning potential of sites and undertaking local plan promotion, through to the preparation and submission of planning applications.

As an experienced planning professional, Patrick acts as lead planning consultant and project manager on all scales of proposals, coordinating architects, heritage consultants, highways specialists, ecologists and other members of the project team to ensure the planning application is prepared strategically, efficiently and to a high standard.
